Covid Acts of Joy

For me, it’s been cooking. Not so much creating recipes, as we use the Blue Apron service. It’s just the joy of chopping, mixing, sauteing and combining ingredients, while listening to my Spotify playlist, having a beer, and sometimes even dancing, if the mood is right.

It’s also been talking long walks and exploring rails to trails bike paths all over the state for long bike rides with my wife.
