I have been deepening my meditation practice in many ways, and I wanted to use the concept of observer / witness / participant in a song. I have also been learning so much about consciousness and how we interpret information around us, so I have a sub theme in this song about whether we stop at our skin or whether we should expand our ideas of what as well as who we are.
