Moving Through Grief is a video of me improvisation dancing, which is part of my daily routine and ritual for spiritual nourishment, processing emotions, and caring for my mental health. I played a song I learned recently, Ay Ay Ay by RY X and gave myself permission to move and release. I gave myself permission to articulate the grief and move the weight I was feeling. I filmed myself but didn't necessarily plan to share it publicly. I have several videos of me dancing in my bedroom/home that I havent shared.
