Item description
A set from a theater production. At the back of the stage is a screen: the top left corner displays a picture of a moon with a second moon to the right of it, both moons shrouded in fog; the center of the screen is a black color that fades into blue at the bottom, the screen and lighting paints the rest of the stage in a textured blue shadow. Suspended from the ceiling to the right are the doors and windows of a house, dangling within the air. Beneath the door frames is a wooden platform with a step, a woman in a blue dress perches on the platform with her hands resting on her knees. Behind her is a yellow armchair, a small wooden side table with a lantern placed next to it. To the raised right side of the platform is a bed and a dresser. Wooden frames decorate the platform, as if the original place of the doors and windows. On the outside of the platform are smaller pieces of wood sticking up from the ground like a fence, with wooden wheels scattered throughout the scenery.
