Anxiety 10 is the last version of the first composition I wrote for our coached group, Awakening Your Inner Composer. Our excellent coach, Jessica Meyer, asked us to interpret an emotion in our initial composition. Anxiety in the pre-vaccine winter of 2020 was paramount.
