Beneath the text are three dresses in black fabric, in front of the dresses stands Cinderella, one hand covering her eyes and the other holding Prince Charming’s hand, who sits in a wheelchair. The two represent a couple, weighing if they should keep their benefits or get married with the possibility of their benefits being reduced. Cinderella has long blonde hair, a paisley brown shirt, checkered blue skirt, and a white apron around her waist, all made out of fabric. Prince charming has short blond hair, a crown perched on top of his head, and a red long-sleeve shirt, all made out of fabric.

"Cinderella" quilt block: Cinderella, who has Down Syndrome, falls in love with Prince Charming, who has mobility challenges, after they meet at their day program. They would like to get married, but they discover that once they do so, their benefits will be reduced. They wonder if they will ever be able to get married or if the financial considerations will deny them what other people in love take for granted. The wedding gowns at Charmed Bridal are mono prints on fabric.
