  • The pandemic experience only made the feelings of loss and loneliness develop quicker and deeper but also provided the space to lean into the loss and work through it thoroughly without the opportunity for distraction to take it's place. If it wasn't for the space provided by the pandemic, I don't think I would have been able to process grief as well as I did.
